Important Studio Policies
Safety
Please be sure to drop off and pick up children on time.
​
Please park directly behind the PAA building- cars may be parked within the width of our building, to the back of the parking lot.
​
Please DO NOT park in the other stores’ parking spots.
​
Please do not leave children unattended in the waiting areas.
​
Children who are not in a classroom must stay with a parent.
​
No one may enter any classroom without a teacher, unless you have the permission of a faculty member.
Dress Code by Class
Ballet: Any color leotard, pink tights, and pink ballet shoes.Tap: Any color leotard and tights, black patent leather tap shoes for Pre-K 1 through 2nd and 3rd Grade.
Students in 4th Grade and up should have the buckle Mary-Jane shoe.
Jazz: Any color leotard and tights, tan gore boots.
Lyrical: Any color leotard and tights, tan gore boots.
Hip Hop: Gym clothing, hip hop sneakers.Acro: Any color leotard and tights, bare feet. (No shoes required.)
Starting at Ballet/Tap 3, girls should have their hair in a bun for class.
Food and drinks are not allowed in the classrooms or in the waiting areas.
All food and drinks should be consumed in the downstairs lounge.
Dancers may not chew gum in the classrooms.
Street shoes may not be worn in the classrooms.
Company members should store their dance bags in the girls’ lounge at all times.
Dance bags may not be left out in waiting areas.

Please label all shoes and personal belongings
PAA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
​
Our lost-and-found bin is located in the girls’ lounge.








Extra Class info

Weather Closings
Please note that any studio closings due to inclement weather will be posted on the website 1 hour before class time.

NO CREDITS OR REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR MISSED CLASSES.
Any classes missed due to an illness, holidays or inclement weather can be made up.
Please call the studio and our office staff will help you find an appropriate make-up class.
In general, missed sessions will be made up within the same level. If that’s not possible, your teacher will let you know which class is the best fit.
Classes do not have to be made up in the same style of dance.
